Well, the clock keeps ticking and another eventful year has gone by yet again. This past year, I had to break up with the most beautiful country I have ever seen and say many goodbyes to people I now consider family. I struggled with the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes, but have found much warmth in returning home to Southern California. I am in heaven with all my friends (new and old) and family at arms reach. Close enough to see, hear, and hug them. Close enough that Facebook isn’t my only way to keep up with their lives. As I think about the good and bad of last year and the good and bad of what the future may bring, I know that I am not alone.

The biggest undertaking this past couple of months is the opening of my office in the Claremont Village. I’m holding on to 2012’s momentum and ready to rock and roll the portrait and wedding world! Many great personal and professional adventures to look forward to in the new year. And I can’t wait to share them with you.
